In our tradition, it is part of our Jewish faith to take time every week to slow down. Meditation is not a worship alternative, but rather an essential part of how we pray. Together, on Shabbat, we will take a moment to explore this time honored style of worship that encourages us to slow down. Through slow, deep breaths, Hebrew mantras and guided meditation we reach a different level of calm and wholeness during our Shabbat practice. We will be lead by Kundalini Yoga Specialist Dick Stone and Rabbi Terlinchamp with musical accompaniment by Dr. Mark Eckman, Pam Hudson, and John McCready.
